Voucher Program HAP Payment Delay: Due to a delay in HUD’s June 2026 payment process, payment of Housing Choice Voucher Assistance Payments (HAP) are expected to be delayed by approximately one day. HAP payments will be issued by CHA as soon as HUD funds are received. We regret any inconvenience this delay may cause and appreciate your understanding.

 Regular meetings of the Cheyenne Housing Authority Board of Commissioners occur at 7:30 AM on the third Thursday of each month in the Board Room of CHA’s Administration offices located at 3304 Sheridan Street in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
