Cheyenne Housing Authority makes capital improvements to our properties on an ongoing basis. Capital improvements are defined as moderate to major repairs to properties that are generally beyond the day-to-day repairs. Examples include: siding and window replacement, roof replacement, floor covering replacement, sewer replacement, curb, gutter and sidewalk replacement, furnace replacement, etc. The Cheyenne Housing Authority identifies a priority listing of items that will be addressed during the coming year and projects a five-year plan for modernization based upon inspections and input from the residents and public.
