MULTIFAMILY INDIAN HILLS MANOR & PINE BLUFFS
The Cheyenne Housing Authority owns and manages units that are dedicated to Elderly and Disabled participants. These units are apartments located in Cheyenne (Indian Hills Manor) and Pine Bluffs (Pine Bluffs Senior Apartments). These units are subsidized by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and must comply with HUD regulations. Effective April 1, 2018 all CHA properties are smoke-free.
